REGISTRATION
POLICY
Registration for the following year will begin in January.
All new families must attend an Open House prior to
registration, see Open House Schedule below. Enrollment
Registration Forms will be available at Open House and will be accepted as received via mail or in person. Once all
openings have been filled, you may sign up for our Wait List
for a non-refundable fee of $10.
Each of
our three programs holds a maximum of 20 children and runs
September through May. During open enrollment and accompanying
Enrollment Registration Form, a
non-refundable annual registration fee of $60 will hold your child's
place in his/her respective program for the upcoming school
year.
Emerson

TUITION
The annual
Tuition Contract must be signed preceding enrollment.
The payment schedule is divided into nine installment payments
with the first payment due on or before May 1 prior to the
upcoming school year and a second due on or before July 1.
Enrolled families will be sent a payment schedule book.
T,TH Class
Tuition: Must be age 3 by
September 30
($169/month) $1,521/year.
MWF Class Tuition: Must
be age 4 by September 30
($233/month) $2,097/year for AM Class
($236/month) $2,124/year for PM Class
PM class is 1/2 hour longer than AM
SCHOLARSHIP
Emerson provides one 50% Tuition Scholarship annually to
be used for the MWF classes only. The purpose of the
scholarship is to supplement tuition for an economically at
need family in the greater Concord area. An outside organization
must suggest the candidate. For more information please
